General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.

The carte mobilité inclusion, or CMI, has different mentions. Before applying, distinguish a need for seating, queue priority or parking arrangements.

CMI Priorité covers seating in public transport and waiting rooms, as well as priority in queues. By itself, it is not a parking card.

CMI Stationnement addresses the walking difficulties covered by the scheme. A disease name alone does not establish eligibility: the application is assessed against your circumstances.

CMI Invalidité also includes priority benefits. Depending on the situation, a Priorité or Invalidité card may be combined with a Stationnement card, each with a different use.

The route varies depending on whether you apply for or receive Apa. Without an Apa application, Service Public directs you to your local MDPH; confirm the form and documents before sending them.

Service Public also provides the MDPH medical certificate, Cerfa 15695*01. If it is requested for your file, prepare it with your doctor and keep a copy of what you send.
