If you suspect activity on your own account, help advises closing sessions through a password change, then checking your details and appointments.

General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.

Unusual activity on your own Doctolib account calls for checking. It does not by itself prove an intrusion. Help describes a process to protect account access and examine what may have changed.

Doctolib recommends changing the password immediately through its official process. The page says this disables all sessions open with the account. Keep the new password and verification codes for your own entry.

Help recommends a different password for each service and two-factor protection for your mailbox. The Doctolib account and the e-mail account are separate forms of access to examine.

Then check your appointments, contact details and documents as the page advises. Identify unexpected information before any new booking. If you find an anomaly, contact support through the link in the official help centre.

If you entered account information on a fake page, Doctolib also advises a prompt password change. For other disclosed information, its page directs you to the government’s Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr assistance.

Closing sessions does not confirm that a document was restored or establish an appointment’s state. Have unexplained changes clarified before repeating a booking. The pharmacy does not need your password or verification codes.
