Doctolib lets you protect access to its mobile app with a personal PIN. Help also offers Face ID or Touch ID on iOS and fingerprint or supported biometrics on Android, depending on your device.

First check that the app is up to date. Biometrics must be supported, enabled and permitted in your device settings. If the function is unavailable, help provides the PIN option.

The published route uses “Mon compte”, the security section, then “Code d’accès à l’application”. The page contains older screenshots: follow the app-access setting without assuming every phone has an identical layout.

To enable the PIN, help asks you to define a four-digit code and confirm it. Choose and enter this code yourself. This setting concerns app access; it does not confirm an appointment.

To replace a configured PIN, the same setting offers “Changer votre code d’accès”, followed by entering and confirming the new code. The page recommends retaining an authentication method.

The app PIN is separate from a temporary code sent when logging in on a new device. Keep each for its own process. Protecting app access does not replace checking an appointment or recovering an inaccessible account.
