General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.
Changing your e-mail or telephone number can leave confirmations going to an old channel. If you can access your account, update your own contact details before preparing an appointment.
In the app, open “Compte”; on the website, open “Mon compte” through your name. In the “Connexion” section, choose “Téléphone” or “E-mail”.
Enter the new detail through this official process and follow its instructions. The SMS or e-mail verification code completes verification of the new channel.
After changing and verifying your sign-in e-mail or telephone number, check the contact details in the care team’s record if messages go elsewhere. A record using different details may need a separate correction.
Keep your password and codes for the official process. Do not give them to a helper, the pharmacy or a public comment to have your account changed.
Finally, review the verified e-mail or telephone number in your account and your existing appointments. If a forgotten password prevents access, start with official recovery.

Flu and Covid-19: the 2026–2027 campaign
The national flu and Covid-19 vaccination campaign starts on 13 October 2026. In Doctolib, choose “Vaccination antigrippale (Grippe)” or “Vaccination COVID-19” for the vaccination you want to discuss.
Bring your carte Vitale and, for flu, your coverage voucher if you have one. The professional checks the recommendations and coverage conditions that apply to you.
The pharmacy checks whether vaccination and coverage apply based on the vaccine, your age and your circumstances.
