A Doctolib request to a health establishment: await its decision

Some establishments accept or reject a request after it is submitted. Identify this step before treating an appointment as confirmed.

General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.

Some health establishments first require a request that they can accept or reject. This general establishment process does not describe Kennedy’s vaccination booking. Submitting the request comes before the acceptance decision.

In the described process, an orange marker beside the appointment time means the clinician must confirm the appointment. Read the establishment’s information and instructions before continuing with this request.

Help states that at least one document must be shared to submit the request. Prepare the required item using the establishment’s instructions. This requirement belongs to this particular process.

After submission, Doctolib says an e-mail will inform you of the establishment’s decision. The page gives no guaranteed response time. Waiting for this decision concerns the administrative request.

If the request is rejected, help directs you to the clinician’s message associated with the received e-mail to understand the reason. That rejection concerns the submitted request; it does not establish that another appointment has been cancelled.

For an ordinary booking, help describes a confirmation action followed by a confirmation page and validation message. A screen that only announces submission of a request to an establishment does not replace its acceptance decision.
