General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.

Doctolib help describes documents shared by your clinician before or after a consultation. You can find them in your account, through the appointment window or associated e-mails. This process concerns a document you have already received.

In the mobile app, open the Health area, then Documents. On the row for the chosen document, open the menu and select Download. Help says the document is then downloaded to your smartphone.

On a computer, use My documents, then the document’s menu and Download. The Health area belongs to the mobile app; help provides My documents for a computer or mobile browser.

If the document accompanies a message, open the received message in Messages in the app or My messages on a computer. The Received documents section provides the menu and Download action.

If downloading fails on an Android phone, help provides Print, then Save as PDF from the print preview. This route saves the document among the phone’s files.

The downloaded copy remains the document shared by the clinician. It does not create a new prescription, procedure or certificate. Downloading also does not confirm that the document appears in Mon espace santé.
