When a document is rejected before your consultation, Doctolib help gives three points to check: its file type, its size and whether the appointment has already passed. Start with these listed causes of a failed file submission.
The listed formats for this submission are JPEG, JPG, PNG and PDF. A different file type is one of the stated causes of rejection. Check the format of the document you are actually trying to send before trying again.
Help also lists a document larger than 50 MB. Check its size on your device. A smaller file does not, by itself, guarantee successful submission: the format and the timing of the appointment still need checking.
Sharing is possible until the appointment time. An appointment that has already passed can explain rejection; after the consultation, this process no longer allows the document to be shared. Check the date and time concerned.
Importing a document adds it to your account. This is separate from sending it to the clinician. If the file appears among your documents, check that you have also submitted it through the appointment concerned.
On a computer, import help says the file must already be downloaded to the device. Locate your copy before importing it. Adding it to your account remains a different step from transmitting it through the appointment.
