Doctolib says a verified e-mail address is required to book online and view documents sent by clinicians. You may still need to complete this step even if you have already created your account.
If your address is already correct, find it under the connection section, then E-mail. The app uses the Account area; on a computer, help describes opening My account from your name.
In the window for that address, choose the action to verify your e-mail. Changing the e-mail concerns an incorrect address. Here, the process validates the contact channel already entered.
Retrieve the code from your own mailbox and enter it yourself in the Doctolib verification window. Keep it for that process: a pharmacy or helper does not need to receive the code to carry it out.
If the expected message does not arrive, help provides an option to resend a new code and advises checking spam. These actions concern the verification message; they do not guarantee delivery.
At the end, the stated result is verification of your e-mail address. Then resume preparing your booking. This result does not mean an appointment has already been confirmed.

The national flu and Covid-19 vaccination campaign starts on 13 October 2026. In Doctolib, choose “Vaccination antigrippale (Grippe)” or “Vaccination COVID-19” for the vaccination you want to discuss.
Bring your carte Vitale and, for flu, your coverage voucher if you have one. The professional checks the recommendations and coverage conditions that apply to you.
The pharmacy checks whether vaccination and coverage apply based on the vaccine, your age and your circumstances.
