If Doctolib displays 401 or 404, note the exact message. The help page points to compatible browsers and systems and to app installation. Follow the guidance that matches the message you encountered.
Update your browser and the Doctolib app. Also check that your phone’s operating system meets the requirements in official help; minimum versions depend on the device used.
On a computer, Doctolib recommends Google Chrome. Its help says Firefox private browsing does not allow access to the website and Internet Explorer is unsupported. Use a compatible browser according to the current guidance.
On a phone, the official app is available from the App Store or Google Play. If it does not work, help recommends checking the phone’s updates, then suggests Chrome to access Doctolib.fr if the problem persists.
The help page also says a VPN prevents access to Doctolib. If someone else manages your device or network, ask its administrator to check this point before changing its settings.
After these checks, resume the process and reread the displayed message. A booking restriction imposed by a clinician must be addressed with them or their establishment; changing browsers does not lift it. These steps prove no appointment confirmation.

The national flu and Covid-19 vaccination campaign starts on 13 October 2026. In Doctolib, choose “Vaccination antigrippale (Grippe)” or “Vaccination COVID-19” for the vaccination you want to discuss.
Bring your carte Vitale and, for flu, your coverage voucher if you have one. The professional checks the recommendations and coverage conditions that apply to you.
The pharmacy checks whether vaccination and coverage apply based on the vaccine, your age and your circumstances.
