Has a forgotten password interrupted preparation for a vaccination appointment? Start with official recovery of your existing account before immediately creating another one.
Open Doctolib.fr or the app yourself. In the sign-in process, enter your e-mail or telephone number, continue and select “Mot de passe oublié ?”.
You can reset through the e-mail linked to the account. For SMS recovery, the help page asks for the linked mobile number and date of birth; a new device may require another verification.
The help page gives reset links a 24-hour validity and codes a 60-minute validity. Check the details entered if the expected message does not arrive.
Doctolib never asks for your password. If a code arrives when you have not requested a password reset, keep it private and ignore the message.
Once signed in again, review existing appointments before continuing. A reminder sent through a clinic does not, by itself, establish that a Doctolib account has been created.

Flu and Covid-19: the 2026–2027 campaign
The national flu and Covid-19 vaccination campaign starts on 13 October 2026. In Doctolib, choose “Vaccination antigrippale (Grippe)” or “Vaccination COVID-19” for the vaccination you want to discuss.
Bring your carte Vitale and, for flu, your coverage voucher if you have one. The professional checks the recommendations and coverage conditions that apply to you.
The pharmacy checks whether vaccination and coverage apply based on the vaccine, your age and your circumstances.
