A Doctolib reminder is not mine: how to have the error checked

A message can be misdirected without being fraudulent. Use official help to resolve the error without changing another patient’s appointment.

General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.

A reminder for someone you do not recognise does not prove a booking for you. Do not change or cancel that appointment to stop the messages.

Doctolib lists possible causes including incorrect contact details, a reassigned number or phishing. The reminder’s content alone does not establish which explanation applies.

Open the website or app independently to check your own appointments. If a message appears fraudulent, do not follow its links; start from the official help centre.

For persistent misdirected notifications, the help page directs you to “Contactez-nous” at its bottom. Choose the category for an e-mail or SMS that was not intended for you.

Explain the relevant facts: the channel received and the stated appointment date and time. Supply requested information only through the official form, without publishing another patient’s details.

If the problem continues after that process, contact official support again. Keep confirmations of your own appointments separately so you can prepare for them without confusion.
