The usual login uses your e-mail address or phone number and your password. On a new device, Doctolib also describes two-factor authentication, enabled by default and required when you first log in on that device.
If the code is sent by e-mail, open the mailbox associated with your account and also check spam. Then return to the Doctolib app or Doctolib.fr to enter the received code yourself.
Help says a code received by e-mail or text message is valid for ten minutes. This period concerns verification of the new device. It does not describe resetting your password.
If the code has expired, has not arrived or was entered incorrectly, return to the login window. The action saying you have not received the code lets you request a new one in this process.
The window offers the e-mail and text-message routes described by Doctolib. If the button is disabled, help says to wait a few seconds. Keep the code for your own entry during login; it is not to be sent to the pharmacy.
The stated result is being able to log in to your account from the new device. You can then resume your booking goal. Entering this code does not confirm an appointment.

Flu and Covid-19: the 2026–2027 campaign
The national flu and Covid-19 vaccination campaign starts on 13 October 2026. In Doctolib, choose “Vaccination antigrippale (Grippe)” or “Vaccination COVID-19” for the vaccination you want to discuss.
Bring your carte Vitale and, for flu, your coverage voucher if you have one. The professional checks the recommendations and coverage conditions that apply to you.
The pharmacy checks whether vaccination and coverage apply based on the vaccine, your age and your circumstances.
