Doctolib help describes sharing a prescription issued by your clinician who uses the platform. The document selected in this process is the prescription created by the clinician. An imported photo alone is not described as equivalent for this submission.
This feature is used in the Doctolib mobile app. Help states that a prescription cannot be shared with a pharmacy from Doctolib.fr. Open the app for this particular process.
In the app, open the Health area, then Documents, and select the prescription created by your clinician. The pharmacy-sharing action concerns that document: check your selection before continuing.
You can choose a recent pharmacy when one is offered, search by name or use the nearby search. Personally check the destination establishment, then use the action to send the prescription.
The pharmacy must have a Doctolib account to receive this shared prescription. This differs from the equipment needed to read a digital prescription with a QR code. This article does not confirm this feature for a particular pharmacy.
Ameli says the paper copy must still be presented to the pharmacist while general deployment is pending. You remain free to choose your pharmacy. Sending the document proves neither that the medicines are in stock nor that dispensing has been agreed.
