Can a relative still manage my Doctolib appointments? Check and choose

Earlier help may leave access active. Find the rights in your profile and decide yourself whether to keep or remove them.

General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.

Doctolib identifies two situations where a relative may retain access: they booked using your details and you then created your account through an e-mail link, or access used while you were a minor remains active after adulthood.

To check in the app, open “Compte”, then “Mon profil” in the identity section. On a computer, help starts with your name, then “Mon compte” and the same profile area.

If a relative has access, a notice appears below your name and date of birth. “Gérer les droits d’accès” provides details of the person concerned and their access rights.

Help says full access allows the relative to manage your appointments and view your medical documents. Read its scope before deciding to retain it; this is more than passing on an appointment reminder.

If you want to withdraw access, the documented route uses access rights, the removal icon, then “Retirer”. According to help, that person will no longer be able to view or manage your profile information.

This action concerns a relative’s rights. The pages do not say it cancels an appointment or erases copies already held elsewhere. Do not delete a booking or your account to change these rights.
