A missing SMS does not establish that a vaccination appointment has been cancelled. First check your booking in the app or on Doctolib.fr, including the patient and date.
When push notifications are enabled, the relevant reminders use that channel rather than SMS. Check the app’s notifications instead of looking only for a text message.
The help page describes an SMS or push reminder 24 or 48 hours beforehand. It says a booking made less than 48 hours beforehand does not receive this usual reminder.
The reminder two hours beforehand is described as a push notification, without an SMS alternative. Do not plan to leave on the assumption that a final text will arrive.
Also check spam folders and account contact details. For a booking made by the clinic, a record not linked to your account can explain missing notifications.
Keep the latest confirmation as your reference. If the booking or its account link remains unclear, ask the care team to clarify before making a second booking.

The national flu and Covid-19 vaccination campaign starts on 13 October 2026. In Doctolib, choose “Vaccination antigrippale (Grippe)” or “Vaccination COVID-19” for the vaccination you want to discuss.
Bring your carte Vitale and, for flu, your coverage voucher if you have one. The professional checks the recommendations and coverage conditions that apply to you.
The pharmacy checks whether vaccination and coverage apply based on the vaccine, your age and your circumstances.
