If several locations or consultation types are offered, check which one you select. Knowing the replacement’s name does not replace choosing the correct location or consultation mode.
Assurance Maladie provides for the usual replacement to see patients when the registered treating doctor is unavailable. Ask the practice how the announced appointment is organized.
This cover does not register a new treating doctor. Service Public states that a replacement doctor cannot be designated for that registered role.
