General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.

Have you received an e-mail saying you missed an appointment although you attended? First check that it concerns your own appointment, then note its date, time and clinician’s name so you can explain the error.

Help recognises several possible situations: you attended, you called the establishment beforehand to warn it, or the clinician was absent. Describe what actually happened without assuming why the status was recorded.

In these situations, Doctolib says to phone the establishment and ask for the absence to be removed. Its profile may show the number under opening hours and contact details. Request the correction from that recipient.

If the clinician was temporarily absent, help also recommends reporting the situation to the establishment and, if necessary, arranging a new date. Explain that your request also concerns the absence wrongly attributed to you.

If the clinician no longer works at the establishment or it has closed permanently, help directs you to official support. Use the contact option at the bottom of the relevant article, then choose the reason concerning appointment-management difficulties.

For that request, prepare the clinician’s name and specialty, the date, time and a factual description. Enter the requested information yourself in the official form and watch for the e-mail reply, including spam. Sending the request guarantees neither correction nor removal of a booking restriction.
