General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.
Has a relative already booked a Doctolib appointment for you? Help explains how to attach it to your own account. This process concerns the existing appointment; you do not need another booking to find it.
For attachment, the identity and contact details entered by your relative must match your account. If they differ, help says to ask the relative to correct them before trying the attachment again.
The process starts in the confirmation e-mail with “Gérer mon rendez-vous”. The window asks for the first three letters of your surname, then lets you view the appointment and reach account login.
Log in to your account yourself. Help then offers “Synchronisez les données médicales” if you want access to appointments, documents and messages created by your relative. Read that choice before using it.
If a clinician booked the appointment directly, another help page describes attachment through the confirmation and appointment details. Follow the wording for the origin of your booking, without creating it again.
The stated result is access to the appointment in your own account so you can view and prepare it. Attachment does not provide care. A relative’s retained access is checked separately in the profile’s access rights.
