General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.
Before helping another adult, ask for their agreement and explain the process. The booking must be for the person who will attend.
In Doctolib, select that adult’s profile with their identity. Your own contact details as a helper do not replace their identity.
One booking concerns one person. If several adults attend, each needs their own appointment; check the clinician’s instructions.
If the adult’s contact details are entered in their profile, notifications go only to their email address and telephone.
If that adult has no contact details entered, the account holder receives notifications. Agree together how reminders will be passed on.
Check the person, appointment purpose and confirmation together. Helping someone book is not their medical consent to vaccination or another procedure.

Flu and Covid-19: the 2026–2027 campaign
The national flu and Covid-19 vaccination campaign starts on 13 October 2026. In Doctolib, choose “Vaccination antigrippale (Grippe)” or “Vaccination COVID-19” for the vaccination you want to discuss.
Bring your carte Vitale and, for flu, your coverage voucher if you have one. The professional checks the recommendations and coverage conditions that apply to you.
The pharmacy checks whether vaccination and coverage apply based on the vaccine, your age and your circumstances.
