Without a smartphone, Doctolib describes a route through its website on a computer. Internet access and the required verification steps are still needed.
Use your existing account if you have one. Before creating another, check whether your email or phone is already linked to your account.
During account creation, a landline can receive the code through an automated voice message. Stay near the phone to hear it.
The email address must also be verified to book online and view documents. A landline alone does not replace email access.
In the browser, choose the correct profile and purpose, read instructions and confirm. Having no smartphone does not guarantee an available slot.
If these steps remain inaccessible, explain your difficulty to the relevant care team and ask about contact arrangements, without assuming a local solution.

The national flu and Covid-19 vaccination campaign starts on 13 October 2026. In Doctolib, choose “Vaccination antigrippale (Grippe)” or “Vaccination COVID-19” for the vaccination you want to discuss.
Bring your carte Vitale and, for flu, your coverage voucher if you have one. The professional checks the recommendations and coverage conditions that apply to you.
The pharmacy checks whether vaccination and coverage apply based on the vaccine, your age and your circumstances.
