The Dossier Pharmaceutique is separate from Mon espace santé. Before automatic creation, the French National Council of the Order of Pharmacists individually informs you about how it works and your rights, including the right to oppose its creation.
This information is sent by e-mail or handed to you by the pharmacist if you have not provided an e-mail address. The six weeks begin after you receive this information.
Without opposition within this period, the DP opens when the period ends. Service Public also describes requesting immediate creation. Receiving prior information therefore does not mean a DP is already active.
To oppose creation, Service Public describes returning the official form by e-mail or post. The Order informs you that your opposition has been taken into account; the DP is then not opened.
You can reverse your opposition and request DP creation from the Order. If a DP is already open, you can request its closure at any time from the same body. Use the official information and form for this process.
During care, you can also tell the professional that you refuse consultation of or additions to your DP. The professional informs the Order of this opposition. This choice during care is separate from opposing creation or requesting closure.
