General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.
Cannot find your French flu coverage voucher, or have not received it? Start by explaining the missing document to a healthcare professional, rather than letting the paperwork stop you from asking what to do.
If you are eligible, a doctor, pharmacist, nurse or midwife can provide a voucher. Your circumstances still need checking: replacing the document does not create a new entitlement to reimbursement.
Not receiving a letter does not settle whether you qualify. Explain why the vaccination was recommended to you and ask which document fits your circumstances, without drawing conclusions from the letter alone.
Separate the cost of the vaccine from the cost of giving the injection. Their coverage rules differ, so ask the professional what would be reimbursed in your own circumstances before proceeding.
First ask how to obtain the appropriate voucher. If vaccination at the pharmacy is then planned, select “Vaccination antigrippale (Grippe)” in the vaccination section, following the guidance you have received.
Keep the practical answer for your next step: who provides the document and when you should present it. Clarify anything still uncertain before confirming your next vaccination appointment with the professional.

Flu and Covid-19: the 2026–2027 campaign
The national flu and Covid-19 vaccination campaign starts on 13 October 2026. In Doctolib, choose “Vaccination antigrippale (Grippe)” or “Vaccination COVID-19” for the vaccination you want to discuss.
Bring your carte Vitale and, for flu, your coverage voucher if you have one. The professional checks the recommendations and coverage conditions that apply to you.
The pharmacy checks whether vaccination and coverage apply based on the vaccine, your age and your circumstances.
