A message appears to come from Ameli: check before replying

Logos, urgency and information requests: check a health-insurance request through the official account instead of a doubtful link.

General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.

A logo or a message’s layout does not guarantee its origin. French Health Insurance changed the appearance of its emails in 2026 and warns that scams may imitate its communications.

Before replying, consider whether you have an ongoing request. An alleged urgent need to update a file, receive a reimbursement or order a Carte Vitale should prompt you to check the request independently.

French Health Insurance says it does not ask by email for login credentials, medical or banking information, or payment for a service. This rule concerns its emails; it does not describe every exchange with a health professional.

If in doubt, do not follow the received link: go independently to the official Ameli website or your account. Update information only in that secure space and keep login details and confidential codes private.

A sender address or polished wording should not replace this independent check. If the request remains unclear, contact your health-insurance fund through its usual channels found on the official website.

Mentioning Mon bilan prévention does not prove a message’s origin. Information about the scheme concerns ages 18-25, 45-50, 60-65 and 70-75; independently check an invitation before proceeding.
