General information, not an individual diagnosis. Ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your situation.

Autumn often brings diaries back into order. It can be a practical time to restart a prevention step that was postponed, without waiting for an urgent question.

Mon bilan prévention is intended for insured people aged 18–25, 45–50, 60–65 and 70–75. French Health Insurance states that it is covered at 100%, with no payment required upfront.

The appointment is a chance to discuss daily habits and the topics that matter to you with a health professional, such as sleep, physical activity, food, mental wellbeing, vaccination records or screening.

Before the appointment, you can write down one or two priorities and complete the questionnaire for your age group. The questionnaire helps structure the discussion, but French Health Insurance says it is optional.

If available, bring your health insurance card, vaccination information and any recent test or screening results. These details can make the conversation more concrete.

In Mulhouse, visit our Mon bilan prévention page to check appointment arrangements at Pharmacie Kennedy. A prevention check-up does not replace a medical consultation when you have specific symptoms.
